Άποψη της κεντρικής λεωφόρου του συνοικισμού (επί τουρκοκρατίας ονομαζόταν Γιαλκάρ, μετά την απελευθέρωση Βασ. Όλγας, επί δικτατορίας Γράμμου-Βίτσι και μετά τη μεταπολίτευση Εθν. Αντιστάσεως) με κατεύθυνση προς Φοίνικα, στη συμβολή της με την οδό Λασάνη. Μπροστά το περίπτερο του Πάρι με την ομώνυμη στάση του Ο.Α.Σ.Θ. Δεξιά διακρίνεται μεταλλικός στύλος ηλεκτροφωτισμού της ιδιωτικής εταιρίας Πετυχάκη και στο βάθος το μικρό περίπτερο της Κίτσας Κωνσταντινίδου. Τότε η κεντρική λεωφόρος ήταν διπλής κυκλοφορίας, ακρασπέδωτη, με χαντάκια αριστερά και δεξιά και αδιαμόρφωτα πεζοδρόμια.

In front of it is the pavilion of Paris with the homonymous stand of O.A.S.Th. On the right, a metallic electric lighting pole of the private company Petechyakis is visible and in the background the small pavilion of Kitsas Konstantinidou. At that time the central avenue was a two-way street, unpaved, with ditches on the left and right and unformed sidewalks.
