The Despotic feast of the Holy Spirit is celebrated after Pentecost Sunday in the Holy Church of the Holy Trinity located in the village of Mandriko, on the western side of the island. It is found 42 kilometres from the city of Rhodes. It is the newly built parish church of the small village of Mandriko, and it is decorated with frescoes in its entirety. On the eve of the feast, the vespers is followed by festive events with the participation of the village cultural associations of Mandriko and its surrounding areas, Fanes, Kritinia and Embonas. On the day of the Holy Spirit, a Divine Liturgy with the presence of the Metropolitan takes place and a multitude of believers and visitors to the island flock there to celebrate this special day. At a short distance, a little further south, we find Kameiros Skala with its small harbor and the archaeological site of Kameiros, as well as the Medieval Castle (Kastello) of the village of Kritinia.
Η Δεσποτική γιορτή του Αγίου Πνεύματος γιορτάζεται μετά την Κυριακή της Πεντηκοστής στον Ιερό Ναό της Αγίας Τριάδος που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Μανδρικό, στη δυτική πλευρά του νησιού. Απέχει από την πόλη της Ρόδου 42χλμ. Πρόκειται για τον ενοριακό ναό του μικρού χωριού του Μανδρικού, είναι νεόδμητος και κατάγραφος. Την παραμονή τελείται εσπερινός και στη συνέχεια ακολουθούν εορταστικές εκδηλώσεις με τη συμμετοχή των πολιτιστικών συλλόγων του Μανδρικού και των γύρω περιοχών, Φάνες, Κρητηνία και Έμπωνα. Ανήμερα του Αγίου Πνεύματος λαμβάνει χώρα αρχιερατική Θεία Λειτουργία και πλήθος πιστών και επισκεπτών του νησιού σπεύδουν να τιμήσουν αυτήν τη ξεχωριστή ημέρα. Σε μικρή απόσταση, λίγο νοτιότερα, βρίσκεται η Κάμειρος Σκάλα με το μικρό λιμάνι και τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο της Καμείρου, καθώς και το Μεσαιωνικό Κάστρο (Καστέλλο) του χωριού Κρητηνία.
