This process demonstrates the manufacturing of silk Jacquard fabrics. Jacquard fabrics are any type of fabric with a pattern that is woven directly into the material, rather than being embroidered, printed, or stamped on top of it. Jacquard can be made from a variety of different fibres. These range from natural cotton and silk to synthetic fibres such as polyester.
