Silver stater of Aigina from a thesaurus of 70 silver Aeginetan coins (EN)
Αργυρός στατήρας Αίγινας, δισκοειδής, προερχόμενος από θησαυρό 70 συνολικά αργυρών αιγινήτικων στατήρων που βρέθηκαν μέσα σε αγγείο. Εμπροσθότυπος: θαλάσσια χελώνα με ακόσμητο / ενιαίο ραχιαίο θυρεό και κολάρο. Ίχνη επικοπής: οπλή(;). Οπισθότυπος: έγκοιλο τετράγωνο διαιρούμενο σε τέσσερα τριγωνικά πεδία ("staggered triangles"). Δύο επισημάνσεις, αβέβαιες. Ακέραιος με λίγες αποκρούσεις, φθαρμένη / οξειδωμένη επιφάνεια. (EL)
