Μολύβδινο, αμφίγραφο έλασμα από τη Δωδώνη. Στην Α όψη φέρει πλήθος επιγραφών ενώ στη Β, δύο. Στην πάνω οριζόντια πλευρά υπάρχει γραμμή-οδηγός για την κοπή του ελάσματος. Στην Α διαβάζεται η εξής: ΗΤΕΘΝΑΚΕ. Στη Β: ΞΕΝΩΝΙ ΠΕΡΙ [Τ]ΟΥ [Ο]ΦΘΑΛΜ[ΟΥ] Η ΑΠΟ ΘΕΑΣ ΕΣΤΙ ΑΙΤΕ ΟΥ. (EL)
