Όψη Α΄, επιγραφή 1) ΚΑΙ ΘΥΟΝ Η(Ε)ΒΟΟΙ [- - -] ΕΥΚΑΡΠΙΑΟΝ, και επιγραφή 2) [- - -]ΑΝ ΗΑ ΕΠΡΙΑΤΟ [- - -]Ν ΚΑΙ ΠΕΠΑΜΕΝΟΣ. Όψη Β΄, επιγραφή 1) [- - -] ΙΑΡΕΤΑΙ : ΜΑ[- - -] και επιγραφή 2) Κ[- - - ]ΤΑ[- - -]. Στην Α όψη η μία επιγραφή είναι χαραγμένη ανάμεσα στους στίχους της άλλης. (EL)
