Σώζεται υψηλή δακτυλιόσχημη βάση με πεπλατυσμένη τη στεφάνη και τμήμα πυθμένα εφυαλωμένης κούπας. Στον πυθμένα καστανοκίτρινη εφυάλωση σε λευκό επίχρισμα. Στη βάση ρέουσα πράσινη εφυάλωση σε λευκό επίχρισμα. Στην κοιλότητα της βάσης χαραγμένος σταυρός. (EL)
