Επίκρανο αμφικίονα. Διατηρείται κατά το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του με αποκρούσεις. Στο ένα άκρο της αποδίδεται πτηνό προς δεξιά με μέσα σε πλαίσιο από φύλλα άκανθας που δημιουργείται στις μακρές πλευρές. Στο άλλο άκρο δημιουργείται ενεπίγραφη tabula ansata που περιβάλλεται στα άκρα των μακρών πλευρών από πτηνά με κλειστά φτερά. Επιγραφή: +ΠΡΕΚΤΗΟC / ΕΠΙCΚΟΠΟC / ΕΥΞΟΜΕ /[ΝΟC---] (EL)
