Description

Αγαλμάτιο Ηρακλέους στον τύπο του Επιτραπέζιου. Ο ήρωας στεφανωμένος με κισσό έχει καλυμμένο το κάτω μέρος του κορμού με ιμάτιο. Καθισμένος σε βράχο κρατεί στο δεξιό χέρι κάνθαρο, ενώ θα στήριζε το αριστερό στο ρόπαλο. Ο τύπος αποδίδεται στο γλύπτη του 4ου αι. π.Χ. Λύσιππο. Προέρχεται από τους Αμπελοκήπους. (EL)
