Αναθηματικό ανάγλυφο. Βρέθηκε στην Επίδαυρο. Παριστάνονται σε tabula ansata δύο αυτιά άνδρα. Από κάτω υπάρχει επιγραφή στα λατινικά: "CULIUS HAS AURIS GALLUS TIBI VOVERAT OLIM / PHOEBIGENA, ET POSUIT SANUS AB AURICULIS". Ύψος: 0,35 μ., πλάτος: 0,35 μ., πάχος 0,09 μ. (EL)
