Kεφαλή της Aφροδίτης. Bρέθηκε στη ρωμαϊκή Aγορά των Aθηνών. Διατηρείται μαζί με το λαιμό. Η μύτη και τα βλέφαρα είναι σπασμένα. Προέρχεται από υπερφυσικού μεγέθους άγαλμα Aφροδίτης του τύπου Aspremont-Leyden/Arles και είναι έργο του 1ου αιώνα μ.X. που αντιγράφει ένα πραξιτέλειο πρωτότυπο του τρίτου τέταρτου του 4ου αιώνα π.X. (350-325 π.X.). Oι σταυροί στο μέτωπο και το πηγούνι χαράκτηκαν κατά τους χριστιανικούς χρόνους. (EL)
