Αστερίσκος από επιχρυσωμένο ασήμι. Αποτελεί σύνολο με το δίσκο με πόδι με Α.Κ. 68 (id.: 659410). Πάνω στα δύο κυρτά του ελάσματα αναγράφεται εγχάρακτα η λειτουργική επιγραφή: "ΑΓΙΟΣ ΑΓΙΟΣ ΑΓΙΟΣ ΚΥΡΙΟΣ ΣΑΒΑΩΘ". Προέρχεται από την Ι. Μ. Κοίμησης της Θεοτόκου στο Μακρίνο. (EL)
