Στήλη από λευκό μάρμαρο, με ελεύθερο αέτωμα, αποκεκρουμένα ακρωτήρια και με πολλές αποκρούσεις στον ηγεμόνα. Στο κάτω τμήμα ελαφρά μείωση του κορμού στην αποφυγή προς το έμβολο. Φέρει την επιγραφή: ΛΑΧΑΡΙΣ ΑΜΦΙΑΧΟΥ. (EL)
