Σύνθεση χαραγμένη από τον ιερομόναχο Ματθαίο Σιναΐτη σε ύφος απλοϊκό, που δεν στερείται όμως κάποιας γοητείας.

They are essentially prints that disseminate the history of the monastery in its impressive physical setting and the miracles associated with "the mountain trodden-by-God". Carved by the woodcutter Matthaios, priestmonk of Sinai, in a naive style, which is not devoid of a certain charm.
