Δίζωνη εικόνα. Στην πάνω ζώνη, μέσα σε μετάλλιο, εικονίζεται η Παναγία στον τύπο της Πλατυτέρας των Ουρανών, ενώ ο Χριστός εικονίζεται μπροστά στο στήθος της μέσα σε κυκλική δόξα. Στις τέσσερις γωνίες, οι προφήτες Δαβίδ, Σολομών, Ησαΐας και Δανιήλ. Στην κάτω ζώνη, σε τοξοστοιχία, εικονίζονται οι Τρεις Ιεράρχες, Μέγας Βασίλειος, Ιωάννης ο Χρυσόστομος και Γρηγόριος ο Θεολόγος.

This is a two-part icon. The upper part of the sheet contains the image of the Holy Mother Platytera (of the Sign), with Christ in His Glory against a background of the sphere. The four corners are occupied by Prophets David, Solomon, Isaiah, and Daniel. Below, in the arches, there are the figures of the three Great Hierarchs: Saints Basil the Great, John Chrysostom, and Gregory the Theologian.
Inscribed, below, “AT THE EXPENSE OF AG(A)TH(ANGE)LOS M(O)NK. BY THE HAND OF K(Y)R(I)L(LOS) M(O)NK 1847”.
