Την Παναγία Γλυκοφιλούσα στέφουν δύο άγγελοι γονατιστοί σε σύννεφο. Κάτω από την Παναγία απεικονίζονται οι άγιοι Κωνσταντίνος και Ελένη με τον Τίμιο Σταυρό και αριστερά ο άγιος Μόδεστος και σκηνή από τον βίο του. Δεξιά της Παναγίας, αδιάγνωστος άγιος και σκηνή με καράβι στη θάλασσα.

Below the Virgin Mary are depicted Saints Constantine and Helen with the Holy Cross and to the left Saint Modestos and a scene from his life. To the right of the Virgin Mary, an unidentified saint and scene with a boat at sea.
