Φέρει αετωματική επίστεψη με ανάγλυφα ανθέμια ως ακρωτήρια. Ακολουθεί ζώνη με ανάγλυφο ιωνικό κυμάτιο και στη συνέχεια εντός πλαισίων ανάγλυφη επιγραφή ΤΙΜΟΞΕΝΟΥ ΙΠΠΑΡΧΟΥ. Από κάτω σώζονται τα ίχνη δύο φυλλόσχημων ροδάκων. (EL)
