Λίθινο βάθρο με επιγραφή στη λατινική γλώσσα. Στήριζε τιμητικό ανδριάντα και είχε αφιερωθεί από τον διοικητή της Παλαιάς Ηπείρου Κοράνιο Τιτάνιο στον Ρωμαίο Αυτοκράτορα Γάϊο Βαλέριο Μαξιμιανό Δαία (309- 313 μ.Χ.), που κατά την περίοδο της Τετραρχίας ήταν επιφορτισμένος με τη διοίκηση των ανατολικών περιοχών της αυτοκρατορίας.

Stone base which probably supported an honorary statue. According to the Latin inscription, the monument was dedicated by Coranius Titianus, governor of the Province of Old Epirus (Epirus Vetus), to the emperor Galerius Valerius Maximinus Daia, who was in charge of the eastern provinces of the Roman Empire during his reign (AD 309-313) in the period of Tetrarchy (Quadrumvirate).
