Ιστορικό Σημείωμα: Αυτό το οικόσημο (τρεις ημισέληνοι ανερχόμενες) βρίσκεται τοποθετημένο σε υπέρθυρο ιδιωτικής οικίας στη Χώρα της Τήνου, συνοδευόμενο από την ημερομηνία 1552 και τα αρχικά N και C. Η παράσταση και τα γράμματα οδηγούν τον μελετητή Αλέκο Φλωράκη να το συσχετίσει με το αντίστοιχο οικόσημο της ιταλικής οικογένειας Κρεσέντιο από τη Βερόνα, η παρουσία της οποίας μαρτυρείται στην Τήνο μεταξύ των ετών 1615 και 1716. Στην παρούσα θέση μεταφέρθηκε από το Εξώμπουργο, κατά τον 19ο αιώνα.

Historical Notice: This particular coat-of-arms (three ascending crescents), accompanied by the initials N and C and the date 1552, is to be found above the entrance of a private house in Chora of Tinos. Based on its charge and the letters, the scholar Alekos Florakis assumes that it belonged to a member of the Crescentio family, from Verona, Italy, whose presence on Tinos is attested between the years 1615 and 1716. It was transfered from Exobourgo in its actual position, during the 19th century.
