Ιστορικό Σημείωμα: Λομβαρδική οικογένεια από τη Βερόνα της Ιταλίας που ηγεμόνευσε για δύο σχεδόν αιώνες στο Δουκάτο του Αιγαίου (1383-1566). Το συγκεκριμένο οικόσημο βρίσκεται σε επιτύμβια πλάκα επί του δαπέδου της Καθολικής Μητρόπολης στο Κάστρο της Νάξου και συνοδεύεται από τα αρχικά I, M και C και τη χρονολογία 1619. (EL)

Historical Notice: Lombardian family from Verona of Italy, who ruled for almost two centuries the Duchy of Archipelago (1383-1437). This particular coat-of-arms is to be found on a tombstone in the Catholic Cathedral, in the citadel of Naxos, accompanied by the letters I, M and C and the date 1619. (EN)
