Ιστορικό Σημείωμα: Ιταλικός οίκος ευγενών από τη Ρώμη, που έδωσε μεταξύ των άλλων τρεις Ρωμαιοκαθολικούς πάπες, δεκατρείς καρδιναλίους και αρκετούς στρατιωτικούς και πολιτικούς αξιωματούχους της Ιταλίας. Ο εικονιζόμενος θυρεός ανήκει στο Μεγάλο Μάγιστρο Giovanni Battista degli Orsini και είναι τετραγωνισμένος, συνδυάζοντας το προσωπικό του οικόσημο (δεύτερο και τρίτο τετράγωνο) με τον εμβληματικό σταυρό του Τάγματος του Αγίου Ιωάννου (πρώτο και τέταρτο τετράγωνο).
