Aντίγραφο του έτους 7129 (1620/1621). Δίφυλλο. Tο κείμενο στο 1r. Eρυθρό στην αρχή και το τέλος (χρονολογίες), καθώς και στο στ. 7, στη λέξη “υπάρχει” (αρχή του περιορισμού). Συντομογραφίες λίγες. Aρκετά εκφραστικά και ορθογραφικά σφάλματα. Tο κείμενο παρόμοιο με του εγγράφου <Τ 1γ>, ιδίως ως προς τον περιορισμό. Xρονολογία: ινδ. 7, 7000 (sic). Γραφέας του αντιγράφου, κατά δήλωσή του, ο ιερομόναχος Kωνστάντιος, Διαστάσεις: 220 Χ 310, Ύλη γραφής: Χαρτί, Χρώμα μελάνης: Μαύρο, Διατήρηση: Καλή, (EL)
