Το έκαναν ειδικές γυναίκες. Το φορούσαν στα πανηγύρια. Είναι νυφιάτικο, πολυτελές και αρχοντικό. Οι πιο φτωχές είχαν πισλί από ύφασμα. (EL)
Πισλί, βελούδο, χρυσοκέντητο. Το κέντημα είναι χειροποίητο με ούτρα (σειρήτι), καθώς και τα κουμπιά είναι χειροποίητα, που γίνονται στα Ιωάννινα. (EL)
