Ο Αλέξιος Ν. Μίχου ειδοποιεί τον Ιωάννη Κωλέττη ότι του στέλνει το νομοσχέδιο το σχετικό με την Ταχυδρομική Υπηρεσία και θέτει υπ' όψιν του μία παρατήρηση, τον περιορισμό των γραμματέων α' τάξεως από τρεις σε δύο και τον διορισμό δύο υποδιευθυντών αντί ενός που προσβλέπει τον εν λόγω νομοσχέδιο.
