Ο Λ. Αλεξάνδρου προτείνει να επιστρέψουν οι Κ. Τζαβέλας λαι Λ. Βέκιος στις επαρχίες τους, γιατί ο Οδ. Ανδρούτσος βρίσκεται σε συνεννόηση με τους Τούρκους της Εύβοιας κι απέστειλε οπλαρχηγό του στα χωριά του νησιού προσπαθώντας να φέρει Τούρκους στην Αθήνα και παρακαλεί τον Ιω. Κωλέττη να μη μείνουν απροστάτευτοι οι Ταλαντιναίοι και Λιβαδίτες. (EL)
