Μολύβδινο, ταινιωτό, επίμηκες, αμφίγραφο έλασμα από τη Δωδώνη. Φέρει μία αναδίπλωση. Διακρίνονται γραμμές κοπής στις μακριές πλευρές. Φέρει μια επιγραφή σε δύο στίχους στην Α όψη: Α. Η ΤΥΧΟΙΜΙ ΚΑ ΤΟΥ ΔΡΙFΕΟΣ Τ:Ο ΠΟΤΙ ΔΑΝ ΕΠΑΝΙΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΚΑΖΟΜΕΝΟΣ. Υπάρχουν ελάχιστα ίχνη στη Β όψη. (EL)
