Ενεπίγραφη βάση από τιτανόλιθο, σχήματος ορθογώνιου παραλληλόγραμμου. Σχετίζεται με την αφιέρωση στον Απόλλωνα από την πόλη της Μιλήτου των αγαλμάτων του ζεύγους των σατραπών της Καρίας, Ιδριέα και Άδας. Στην άνω πλατιά επιφάνεια σώζονται ίχνη πελμάτων από τα αγάλματα. Η εγχάρακτη επιγραφή εντός πλαισίου: ΜΙΛΗΣΙΟΙΑΝΕΘΕΝΑΠΟΛΛΩΝΙΠΥΘΙΩ ΙΔΡΙΕΥΣ ΕΚΑΤΟΜΝΩ....ΑΔΑ ΕΚΑΤΟΜΝΩ ΑΤΥΡΟΣΙΣΟΤΙΜΟΥΕΠΟΙΗΣΕΠΑΡΙΟΣ. Επί της στενότερης πλευράς υπάρχει και έτερη επιγραφή. (EL)
