Επιτύμβια στήλη, ενεπίγραφη. Αποκεκρουμένη στο κάτω μέρος και συγκολλημένη από δύο τεμάχια. Φέρει αετωματική επίστεψη με ανάγλυφο δίσκο στο τύμπανο. Σε τέσσερις στίχους, η κάτωθι λατινική επιγραφή: S O S I P A T R A / V I X I T A N V I I / E Y TH Y C Y S F I L I A / F E C I T V A L E. (EL)
