Φορέας προστασίας: Εφορεία Αρχαιοτήτων Άρτας (EL)

Θραύσμα από την αριστερή πλευρά επιτύμβιας στήλης. Η στήλη είναι ημίεργη. Στο ανώτερο τμήμα διατηρεί ένα πολύ μικρό μέρος από την φυτική διακόσμηση. Ακολουθεί τμήμα έγκοιλου ορθογωνίου με απλό πλαίσιο και κάτω από αυτό δέλτος. Σώζονται τα αρχικά των ονομάτων της επιγραφής "Μ..... / Ν....". (EL)
