Μονόμυξος ενεπίγραφος λύχνος. Ολόκληρος. Συγκολλημένος από πολλά τεμάχια και συμπληρωμένος κατά τμήματα του σώματος και της κάθετης λαβής. Πηλός ερυθρωπός. Στο άνω μέρος του σώματος φέρει τρία ανάγλυφα διονυσιακά προσωπεία γύρω από την οπή του ελαίου. Στη βάση αναγράφεται εγχάρακτα το όνομα του κατασκευαστή, ΓΑΙΟΥ. (EL)
