Χάλκινη αμφικωνική ψήφος. Φέρει δύο οπές από φθορά. Οι απολήξεις της ψήφου είναι δακτυλιόσχημες. Αποτελούσε τμήμα περιδεραίου μαζί με τις ψήφους ΜΘ 5657-ΜΘ 5658 και ΜΘ 5660-ΜΘ 5662. (EL)
