Επιτοίχια πλάκα με τα οικόσημα του Μεγάλου Μαγίστρου Antonio de Fluvian (1421-1437) στα αριστερά, με ζώνη στο μέσον, και του Τάγματος στα δεξιά, με σταυρό, από τοπικό κρυσταλλικό ασβεστόλιθο (λάρτιο λίθο). Φέρει κυκλική υποδοχή στο πίσω μέρος. Ελλιπής κατά τμήμα της δεξιάς πλευράς. (EL)
