Ιστορικό Σημείωμα: Αυτό το οικόσημο (δένδρο με δύο ασβούς αντίνωτους στη βάση του) έχει χαραχθεί σε αρχαία επιτύμβια στήλη και συνοδεύεται από την ημερομηνία 1656 και τα αρχικά Z και Z. Βασιζόμενος στην παράσταση, την ημερομηνία και τα γράμματα, ο μελετητής Αλέκος Φλωράκης το συσχετίζει πειστικά με την ιταλική οικογένεια Τζίλιο-Ζίλιο (Giglio, Zilio) της Ρώμης, η παρουσία της οποίας μαρτυρείται στην Τήνο το 1615.

Historical Notice: This particular coat-of-arms (a tree with two badgers addorsed), was engraved on an ancient tombstone, accompanied by the initials Z and Z and the date 1656. Based on its charge, the date and the letters, the scholar Alekos Florakis proposes convincingly a relation with the Zilio (Giglio) family, from Rome, Italy, whose presence in Tinos is attested in the year 1615.
