Ιστορικό Σημείωμα: Αυτό το οικόσημο ανήκει στον καθολικό επίσκοπο Μυλοποτάμου Jacopo Sorreto και συνοδεύεται από τη χρονολογία 1568. Αρχικά βρισκόταν στο ναό του Αγίου Ιωάννη (Φραγκοκλησιά), στο χωριό Επισκοπή Μυλοποτάμου της Κρήτης (σε υψόμετρο 270), τώρα όμως είναι τοποθετημένο στην πρόσοψη του ναού του Αγίου Γεωργίου, στον ίδιο οικισμό. Historical Notice: This coat-of-arms belongs to the catholic bishop of Mylopotamos Jacopo Sorreto and is accompanied by the date 1568. It was posed initially in the church of Agios Ioannis (Frangoklissia), in the village of Episkopi (270 alt., Mylopotamos, Crete), but today is to be found in the church of Agios Georgios, in the same village.
