Αναφέρει την ανάγκη παραιτήσεως του Οικουμενικού Πατριάρχη και τις προβλέψεις για την χαώδη κατάσταση που θα επικρατήσει. Αναφέρει τα γεγονότα της 1ης Ιουνίου, τα οποία αποδεικνύουν ότι κύριος στόχος της Τουρκικής Κυβέρνησης είναι ο εκμηδενισμός του Πατριαρχείου. Ζητεί εγγυήσεις πριν από την παραίτηση του Οικουμενικού Πατριάρχη, για να διασφαλιστεί η παραμονή του Πατριαρχείου στην Κωνσταντινούπολη. (EL)
