Μανιφέστο της Πανελληνίου Επιτροπής Εθνικής Αμύνης με το οποίο διατρανώνει την επιτακτική ανάγκη να επανέλθει η Ελλάδα στις συμμαχίες με τις Μεγάλες Δυνάμεις καθότι ο παρών διπλωματικός αποκλεισμός οδηγεί στην απώλεια της Μικρασιατικής Ελλάδας της Θράκης και των λοιπών αποκτημάτων των εθνικών αγώνων και καλεί όλους τους Έλληνες να συνδράμουν στο έργο της και αποσοβήσουν την επικείμενη εθνική καταστροφή.
