Υπ. αριθμ 28 πιστοποίηση της Εφοροεπιτροπής της Ελληνικής Κοινότητας Χιλής πρός το Συμβούλιο των Στρατηγών της Εθνικής Αμύνης Κωνσταντινουπόλεως, μετο οποίο δηλώνουν ότι ο Συνταγματάρχης Κονδύλης διέταξε αμφότερους του Αυνυπολοχαγούς Κατσαρό Χρήστο και Λαμπρόπουλο Κων/νο να παραμείνουν στην Χιλή για να διοικήσουν την πολιτοφυλακή προς εξασφάλιση 9.000 Ελλήνων κατοίκων και παρακαλούν να παρέχουν στον Ανθ. Κατσαρό κάθε δυνατή υποστήριξη στο ζήτημα που αντιμετωπίζει. (EL)
