Αναφέρει ότι ο Πρόξενος της Αυστρίας στη Θεσσαλονίκη, με αφορμή τη στρατιωτική επίταξη δερμάτων που ανήκαν στους Ισραηλίτες κατοίκους της Θεσσαλονίκης υιούς του Γιακόβ Φράνσε, υπέβαλλε έγγραφα που αποδεκνύουν ότι απέκτησαν την αυστριακή υπηκοότητα. Ζητεί την αναγνώριση της υπηκοότητας των δύο ανδρών και την αναστολή της επίταξης. (EL)
