Άρθρο της εφημερίδας \"Εθνικόν Πνεύμα\", 05/07/1875 το οποίο αναφέρεται στα συγχαρητήρια που έδωσε ο λόρδος Δέρβυ προς τον Χ. Τρικούπη για τη διεξαγωγή των εκλογών στην Ελλάδα. Ο αρθρογράφος αναφέρει πως αυτή η κίνηση αποτελεί επέμβαση στα εσωτερικά της Ελλάδας και έρχεται σε αντίθεση με την απόφαση των Μεγάλων Δυνάμεων να μην επεμβαίνουν στα εσωτερικά ανεξάρτητων κρατών όπως η Ελλάδα. Θεωρεί δε πως ο Τρικούπης, παρά την κολακεία που μπορεί να εισέπραξε, απάντησε, υπερασπιζόμενος την πατρίδα του. (EL)
