Ο Χατζηχρήστος ειδοποιεί τον Ιω. Κωλέττη ότι ο ίδιος και οι υπό τις οδηγίες του στρατιώτες τον διορίζουν ως πληρεξούσιο τους για να τπυς εκπροσωπήσει στην Δ' Εθνοσυνέλευση και να υπερασπισθεί τα δίκαιά τους, παρά το γεγονός ότι έχουν ήδη στείλει γι΄αυτό το σκοπό τον Χατζηνικολαΐδη. (EL)
