Ο Ανδρέας Λόντος αναφέρει στον Πρόεδρο του Υπουργικού Συμβουλίου ότι ορισμένα Δημοτικά Συμβούλια, κρίνοντας ανεπαρκείς τους τακτικούς φόρους των Δήμων τους, ψήφισαν έκτακτους φόρους, επικαλούμενα το άρθρο 120 για την έγκρισή τους, το οποίο όμως έχει καταργηθεί και τον καλεί να του κοινοποιήσει τη σχετική απόφαση του Υπουργικού Συμβουλίου.
