Αναφέρει ότι η Αγγλική Κυβέρνηση ζήτησε από την Ιταλική να εφαρμοστεί η ελληνοϊταλική Συνθήκη για τα Δωδεκάνησα, αλλά οι Ιταλοί δεν απάντησαν. Αντίθετα υποστήριξαν ότι θεωρούν ότι η Συνθήκη ήταν σφάλμα. Ο Μουσολίνι ζήτησε να ξανασυζητηθεί το ζήτημα και η Βρεταννική Κυβέρνηση έδειξε πρόθυμη να συμμετάσχει. (EL)
