Αναφέρεται ότι το ζήτημα της εναρμονίσεως του Συμφώνου της Κοινωνίας των Εθνών με το Σύμφωνο το Παρισίων, για το οποίο έλαβε πρωτοβουλία η Αγγλική Κυβέρνηση, τέθηκε στην ΑΙ΄Επιτροπή χωρίς όμως να οδηγήσει σε άμεση απόφαση. Αναφέρεται ότι στη Συνέλευση υπήρξαν πολλές αντιρρήσεις ανάμεσα στα μέλη και αναφέρονται οι σημαντικότερες από αυτές. (EL)
