Επιστολή του Ιωάννη Κούσκουρα, εκδότη της εφημερίδας «Νέα Αλήθεια» προς τον Αλέξανδρο Ζάννα, σχετικά με την απόφαση του Αγγλικού Στρατηγείου να επιτρέψει στα αυτοκίνητα των Τσιάμη και Φλωρεντή να κυκλοφορούν μεταξύ Θεσσαλονίκης και Σερρών υπό τον όρο να παραλαμβάνουν τοπικές εφημερίδες ούτως ώστε αυτές να κυκλοφορούν και στην Ανατολική Μακεδονία. Διαμαρτύρεται ότι αρνούνται οι διακινητές να παραλάβουν την «Νέα Αλήθεια». (EL)
