Ενημερώνει για την καλή ποιότητα του αμερικανικού σιταριού που εισήχθη και επιβεβαιώνει την ύπαρξη ενός μεμονωμένου περιστατικού σιτοφθοράς, που δεν μπορεί να χρησιμεύσει ως επιχείρημα για την απαλλαγή του Απ.Γρηγορίου από τις υποχρεώσεις του που προβλέπονται στην Σύμβαση.
