Αναφέρει ότι μετά τις δηλώσεις της Κυβέρνησης σχετικά με την ελευθερία των παλαιοημερολογητών στήθηκαν σε διάφορα χωριά παράγκες μέσα στις οποίες τελέστηκαν λειτουργίες από ρασοφόρους που δεν ήταν ιερείς. Ζητεί την άμεση απέλαση κάθε ρασοφόρου που δε φέρει άδεια της Αρχιεπισκοπής ή δεν ανήκει σε αυτή. (EL)
