Αναφέρει ότι η Ιερά Σύνοδος θεωρεί απαραίτητες κάποιες τροποποιήσεις των Νομοθετικών Διαταγμάτων της Κοινοβουλευτικής Επιτροπής που δημοσιεύθηκαν πρόσφατα. Αναφέρει επίσης ότι αποφάσισε να αποκεντρώσει τις οικονομικές υπηρεσίες του Γενικού Εκκλησιαστικού Ταμείου αναθέτοντας καθήκοντα στις μητροπόλεις ,να προχωρήσει σε εκποίηση και ρευστοποίηση της μοναστηριακής περιουσίας και ζητεί τη βοήθεια του Ε.Βενιζέλου στην προσπάθεια επίλυσης των ανωτέρω ζητημάτων.
