Αναφέρει ότι έχει σημειωθεί αύξηση της αλληλογραφίας από το εξωτερικό προς παραλήπτες των οποίων τα ονόματα λήγουν σε -ωφ ή -οφσκι, παρόλο που απευθύνονται σε άτομα που φέρουν επώνυμο με ελληνική κατάληξη. Εκφράζει την πεποίθηση ότι πρόκειται περί αντεθνικής προπαγάνδας και προτείνει τα γράμματα αυτά να επιστρέφονται στους αποστολείς.
