Ζητεί να δαιτεθεί δύναμη σκαπανέων από το Υπουργείο Στρατιωτικών για την περιοχή Λαγκαδά και Σωχού, να μεριμνήσουν οι αξιωματικοί για την κατασκευή αποχωρητηρίων, να προσλάβουν ιδιώτες ξυλουργούς για την παρασκευή παραπηγμάτων, αν υπάρχει ανεπάρκεια.
