Αναφέρει οτι η πολιτική κατεύθιυνση του κινήματος της Θεσσαλονίκης είναι η ανάκτηση των εδαφών, που κατέχονται από εχθρό, η εκπλήρωση των συμμαχικών υποχρεώσεων προς τη Σερβία και η σύγκλιση Συνέλευσης μετά από τον πόλεμο, σόχος της οποίας δεν θα είναι η αλλαγή του πολιτεύματος αλλά ο καθορισμός του ρόλου του βασιλιά. Ζητεί να ανακοινώσει την επιστολή του. (EL)
